Accessibility Statement
Last updated July 11, 2026.
Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to read this site, understand the service, and submit a request — including people using assistive technology. This site targets the WCAG 2.2 Level AA fundamentals, and accessibility is treated as part of quality, not an add-on.
What we've implemented
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure on every page
- Full keyboard operability — navigation, menus, accordions, and the request form
- A visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link
- Form fields with real labels, clear required-field markers, and field-level error messages tied to their inputs
- Color contrast chosen to meet AA for text and interface elements
- Reduced-motion support — animation is disabled when your system asks for it
- Descriptive alt text on meaningful imagery; decorative graphics hidden from screen readers
- Touch targets sized for mobile use
Supported ways to interact
The site is built to work with keyboard-only navigation, screen readers, browser zoom up to 200%, and mobile screen readers. Core content and the request form also function without JavaScript.
Known limitations
Illustrative SVG graphics summarize their content in text alternatives rather than describing every visual detail; the information they carry is always available in surrounding text.
